Expert Witness
The Practice has good experience in providing an Expert Witness service. Most recently we have acted as Expert Witness for Eastbourne
Borough Council at the King’s Drive Public Inquiry where the 4 storey 137 dwelling development was successfully rejected on the basis of design evidence given by Nick Harper. We have also successfully represented a private Client to obtain planning permission for a 130 dwelling development in Somerset. Nick has also been part of larger teams successfully preparing evidence for Public Inquiries for 2 motorway schemes and a major industrial extraction development proposal. Nick is also a member of the Eastbourne Design Review Panel.
